Inspired by real people and events and based on the novel by renowned Military Historian James Holland, A Pair of Silver Wings, follows the experiences of a young Spitfire Pilot over the skies of England in 1941, through the dark days of the Siege of Malta to the bitter partisan struggle in Italy.
