Best Medicine follows Martin Best (Charles), a top surgeon who ditches his high-powered Boston career for a quiet life as the only doctor in a quirky coastal village. Blunt and antisocial, he quickly clashes with the needy locals—but no matter how hard he tries to keep his distance, their chaos keeps pulling him in. What they don’t know is Martin’s gruff exterior hides deep psychological wounds. Still, this odd little town might just be the cure he didn’t know he needed.
