Expiration Dates

Expiration Dates is a feature film adaptation of Rebecca Serle's New York Times bestselling novel, currently in development at Amazon MGM Studios with Emma Roberts attached to star. Laura Lekkos has come aboard to write the screenplay, continuing her growing relationship with Amazon MGM following her work on Relationship Goals. The project is being produced by Featherweight Pictures' Jessica Pugh and Chelsea Bradshaw, alongside Roberts' own Belletrist Productions with producing partner Karah Preiss. Matt Matruski, David Stone, and author Rebecca Serle will serve as executive producers. The romantic drama explores themes of destiny and free will as its protagonist navigates relationships while knowing their expiration dates in advance. With the writer now attached, the project moves forward in the development process, though no production timeline has been announced.
