Fear Factor: House of Fear Season 2
Project Summary
Fear Factor: House of Fear is heading back into production for its second season on Fox, with Johnny Knoxville confirmed to return as host. The reality competition series, produced by Endemol Shine North America, combines extreme physical stunts with a social strategy element as contestants live together in a remote location while competing for a grand prize. Executive producers Kevin Lee, Anthony Carbone, and Lindsay Tuggle lead the production alongside Endemol Shine's Sharon Levy, Michael Heyerman, and Sean Loughlin. The first season premiered in January 2026 and wrapped in March, drawing 16.5 million multiplatform viewers for its debut episode. Season 1 was shot in Vancouver, Canada, with the house and challenges filmed in the surrounding area. The production team has indicated they are already developing new stunts and social challenges to raise the intensity for the sophomore season, expected to air in 2027.
