Project Summary

Peacock is developing a scripted series inspired by the Gilgo Beach serial killings, with Curtis '50 Cent' Jackson executive producing under his G-Unit Film and Television banner alongside writer Jordan Hawley. The project comes from Universal Studio Group's UCP and draws from Jackson's Peacock docuseries The Gilgo Beach Killer: House of Secrets, which debuted in 2025. Hawley, known for his work on A Million Little Things and Netflix's Sex/Life, is writing the script and will executive produce. The series explores how the Long Island serial killer hunted in the shadows for three decades before detectives finally cracked the case, leaving his wife and children to confront the man they thought they knew. The project is currently in development at the NBCUniversal streamer.
