Godspeed

Godspeed is a one-hour family drama in development at Amazon Prime Video, written by Underground co-creator Joe Pokaski. The series is set in the NASCAR racing world and centers on Parrish Motorsports, the last family-owned team in Stock Car Racing with bootlegging roots. When their owner and driver are killed in a crash, the widow Virginia must unite her fractured family to preserve their legacy and chase a championship. A writers room is currently underway, with Scott Stuber's United Artists and Sugar23 producing alongside Pokaski's Wandering Rocks Productions. NASCAR's Gladys Cheng and Tim Clark are also attached as producers. If greenlighted by Prime Video, the series would shoot in early 2027 and complement the platform's NASCAR Cup Series coverage that launched in 2025.
