Rose arrives at the lavish country home of Calvin & Caroline Scott, where she lived as a child. Rose quickly befriends Caroline, and goes on to further ingratiate herself with the family, ultimately staying in their guest room. However, when cracks in Rose’s story emerge, the Scott family begins to question if their charming houseguest is really who she claims to be.
