Having recently lost her mother, Nancy Drew is at odds with her attorney father Carson and working at a local lobster shack, instead of attending Columbia, as she intended. A dedicated super-sleuth since childhood, Nancy has sworn off detecting -- but when a woman is killed outside the restaurant, and she and her co-workers and boyfriend Nick wind up suspects in the case.
