A new play set in Sri Lanka that explores themes of identity, class, and sexuality within the context of the country's history. The story follows Sudhu and Mythri as they reunite at an orgy years after a traumatic childhood event, with complications arising from an unexpected guest from the north. The play examines the bloody history of the island and the festering wounds of a nation unable or unwilling to reckon with its past or present. Set in a country where same-sex relations are still criminalized under the Penal Code and where massive racial and class inequality has led to a crippling economic crisis.
