42 year old high school drop-out Jimmy Bauer has kind of let the last twenty five years of his life slip away, trapped in a '90s time warp while helping out his aging dad at his memorabilia store, still living his high school glory days when he was elected Class President three years running, only to ousted by his rival Manish Singh, who has since gone on to become the Governor of Texas.
