ShootAround

ShootAround is in early development as a live-action young adult feature film from Lion Forge Entertainment and Webtoon Productions. Aiyana K. White, whose credits include Severance and The Night Agent, is rewriting the screenplay based on an earlier draft by Mike Dow and Devon Kelly. The project adapts Susanna Nousiainen's Webtoon webcomic, which has accumulated over 28 million views since its 2015 debut. Lion Forge Entertainment founder and CEO David Steward II and president Stephanie Sperber are producing, with Webtoon Productions' David Madden and Jason Goldberg serving as executive producers. Lion Forge is financing the script development. The film centers on Penny Hall High, where a zombie apocalypse forces the state's top girls' basketball team to join forces with the boys' team to survive a nightmarish 24-hour lockdown. No production timeline or filming locations have been announced.
