The Blair Witch Project

The Blair Witch Project reboot moves forward with Dylan Clark directing for Lionsgate and Blumhouse-Atomic Monster. The project reunites key figures from the 1999 original: stars Joshua Leonard and Michael C. Williams return as executive producers, alongside original directors Eduardo Sánchez and Daniel Myrick and producer Gregg Hale. Jason Blum and James Wan produce alongside Roy Lee, with Adam Hendricks and Greg Gilreath producing for Divide/Conquer. Chris Thomas Devlin wrote the screenplay, with Clark rewriting. Production is targeting a fall 2026 start with a budget in the $10 million range. Plot details remain under wraps, though the film aims to explore the full Blair Witch mythology. Lionsgate will distribute domestically and in the UK.
