Project Summary
"The Eden Express" is an upcoming feature film directed by Daniel Cockburn, adapted from Mark Vonnegut's 1975 memoir of the same name. The narrative follows Mark Vonnegut's 1970 journey with his girlfriend Virge, leaving his father Kurt Vonnegut's home in search of a utopian life on a British Columbia commune. As they settle into this new environment, Mark begins to experience hallucinations and receive ominous instructions, marking the onset of his bipolar disorder.
