The Lies I Tell

The Lies I Tell is a series adaptation of Julie Clark's 2022 bestselling novel, now in development at Universal Television. The project marks the first under producer Robert Greenblatt's newly signed first-look deal with Universal Television through his production company, The Green Room. Ken Olin is attached as lead executive producer, with Roxanne Olin, Jon Wu, and author Julie Clark also serving as executive producers. The thriller follows Meg, a chameleon-like con artist who targets wealthy marks, and Kat Roberts, a journalist determined to expose her after a decade-long wait. As the two women grow closer, long-held assumptions begin to crumble. The project is in the development phase, with no production timeline or network buyer yet announced.
