The Mob

The Mob is a new reality competition series ordered by Hulu, hosted and executive produced by Parker Posey. The show brings together a group of celebrities at a lavish Italian villa where they compete in mob movie-inspired challenges for cash prizes up to $250,000. Each episode tasks contestants with survival jobs, but the twist lies in the show's central power dynamic: the group must elect one person as the mob family who wields absolute authority over who makes money, who stays, and who gets eliminated. The format comes from Studio Lambert, producers of The Traitors, in partnership with Primal Media. Executive producers include Tim Harcourt, Jack Burgess, Niall O'Driscoll, and Stephen Lambert from Studio Lambert, alongside Adam Wood and Mat Steiner from Primal Media, who conceived the format, plus David Mortimer of STV Studios. Susan House, who previously served as showrunner on ABC's The Hustler and The Bachelor, leads the production. The series was announced at Hulu's Get Real unscripted event in April 2026 and is expected to premiere later in 2026 on Hulu and Disney+ internationally.
