Andergraun Films

Andergraun Films is a Barcelona-based independent film production company founded in 2003 by producer Montse Triola and filmmaker Albert Serra, dedicated to uncompromising art-house and auteur cinema. The company is best known for producing the entirety of Albert Serra's award-winning filmography — including Pacifiction (Cannes 2022), Afternoons of Solitude (Golden Shell, San Sebastián 2024), and Story of My Death (Golden Leopard, Locarno 2013) — as well as co-producing international auteur projects such as Lav Diaz's Magellan (Cannes 2025). It also offers production services to international features shooting in Barcelona, Catalonia, and Spain.
