Kino Produzioni

Kino Produzioni is an independent Italian arthouse film production company based in Rome, founded in 2005 and pivoting to cinema in 2011–2012 under producer Giovanni Pompili. The company develops and produces fiction and documentary features focused on contemporary social changes, frequently co-producing with international partners. It has a strong festival track record, with films premiering at Venice, Berlin (including the Golden Bear-winning Alcarràs), Cannes, Toronto, and Locarno, and it adheres to the Code of Ethical Conduct of Women in Film and Television Italy.
