Les Films Fauves is a Luxembourg-based independent production and distribution company founded in 2014, specializing in director-driven art-house and genre films — both fiction and documentary — for international theatrical distribution. The company champions narrative risk-taking and supports both emerging Luxembourgish talents and internationally acclaimed auteurs such as Wang Bing, Payal Kapadia, Rodrigo Moreno, and Bertrand Mandico. It has earned international recognition with titles including Payal Kapadia's 'All We Imagine as Light' (Grand Prix, Cannes 2024) and Govinda Van Maele's 'Gutland,' which was Luxembourg's submission for the Academy Awards. Operating out of the 1535° Creative Hub in Differdange, the company is active at major European markets including Cannes, Locarno, and Berlinale.
