Poisoned Pen Press is the mystery and thriller imprint of Sourcebooks, an independent publisher headquartered in Naperville, Illinois. Founded in 1997 in Scottsdale, Arizona by Robert Rosenwald and Barbara G. Peters, it grew into one of the world's largest publishers of hardcover mysteries before being acquired by Sourcebooks in 2018. The imprint publishes bestselling authors including Freida McFadden and Darcy Coates, and its titles have won or been nominated for every major award in the mystery genre, including multiple Edgar Award nominations.
