Screen Flanders

Screen Flanders is the Flanders (Belgium) government's regional economic measure to support feature films and series that spend part or all of their budget within the Flanders Region. An initiative of VLAIO (Flanders Innovation & Entrepreneurship) managed in collaboration with the Flanders Audiovisual Fund (VAF), it offers Belgian (co-)producers refundable advances of up to €400,000 per project, with an annual budget of €3.5 million spread over two calls per year. It also operates as a film commission providing information on locations, permits, facilities, and incentives for both domestic and international productions co-produced with a local Belgian partner.
