Benjamin Noah Silverman (born August 15, 1970) is an Emmy and Golden Globe Award-winning American media executive and producer best known as the visionary behind the U.S. adaptation of The Office, Ugly Betty, The Biggest Loser, and Jane the Virgin. He served as Co-Chairman of NBC Entertainment and Universal Media Studios from 2007–2009 and founded iconic production banners Reveille (2002) and Electus (2009). Since 2015, he has served as Chairman and Co-CEO of Propagate Content, a Los Angeles-based independent studio and talent management firm that recently secured $50 million in financing from Ares Management and has grown to 225-plus employees across production and creator economy management.
