Thomas Benski is a BAFTA, Grammy, and Emmy-nominated producer and entrepreneur best known as the co-founder and former CEO of Pulse Films, the London-based global studio he built with Marisa Clifford from 2005 until their departure in 2022, growing it to over $150M in revenues across feature films, scripted TV, documentaries, music videos, and commercials. His producing credits include Cannes Jury Prize winner American Honey, Gangs of London (Sky/AMC), Pig (Nicolas Cage), Beastie Boys Story (Apple TV+), Midsommar, and Mogul Mowgli, among many others. In 2024, Benski launched Lumina, a mid-eight-figure-backed talent and IP-led media group and venture firm with offices in London, New York, Paris, and Los Angeles, while also co-founding Carrousel Studios with Omar Sy and Louis Leterrier and serving as Chairman of Magna Studios.
