Project Summary:
After her best friend Lila disappears without a trace, elderly Elena Greco starts writing the story of their 60-year friendship which begins in the 1950s in the tough streets of Naples and undergoes transformations along with the rest of Italy as the two women’s symbiotic, though often conflicted, relationship evolves.
